Where can I find out information about Environmental Legislation?

The Scottish environmental regulator SEPA has produced a useful database called NetRegs (www.netregs.gov.uk/). NetRegs provides free environmental guidance for small businesses in the UK to help you to understand what you need to do to comply with environmental legislation and protect the environment.
SEPA (www.sepa.org.uk/) also produces a number of useful Pollution Prevention Guidance notes which provide details about pollution risks and prevention advice for common activities.
