The Business Environment Partnership North East (BEPNE) was formed in April 2004, following the merger of the former North East Scotland Business Waste Management Partnership (NESBWMP) with the Midlothian-based Business Environment Partnership. The Green Business Partnership name was adopted in April 2010 as a result of parent company changes.
