Free and subsidised events
Seminars held throughout the year based around a particular environmental theme. You will be able to learn from the first hand experience of our experts, with case studies from companies that have seen real successes on various environmental issues. We also run member meetings and site visits on an ad hoc basis.
Legal and news updates
Monthly bulletins to keep you up-to-date on the latest environmental legislation and Scotland-specific environmental news.
Training*
We run a number of training courses throughout the year, including EMS and QMS internal auditor courses and Practical Carbon Footprinting. We are also able to offer bespoke on-site training to suit your particular requirements - whether this is general environmental awareness or more specific training such as for ISO14001 auditing.
Discounts*
We have teamed up with a number of companies to offer members discounts on environmental products and services. You will also have the opportunity to offer your company’s products or services to other members at a reduced price.

Opportunities to advertise your company to other members and the wider database of Green Business Network contacts, e.g. through adverts online, in our newsletter and in e-shots.
ISO14001 Benefits*
If you are going for ISO14001, you can get 10% off the assessment and accreditation fees, and over £100 off Internal EMS Auditor courses.
Green Tourism Business Scheme Benefits
Green Business Network Members can gain credit for GTBS by being a member of a green business club and for ongoing training if they attend our events and training.
