Designed for those who have new found responsibility for Quality Assurance and ISO9001, this two day course will provide a background to Quality Management Systems and introduce the role of Quality Manager. Putting Quality Assurance in context and introducing the basic tools to manage quality this course will explain component parts of the international standard and provide an opportunity for course participants to gain a fuller understanding of their own quality management systems.
