Have you been given the responsibility to make environmental improvements within your business, but don’t know where to start? Come along to our workshop to learn about the steps you need to take to improve your environmental performance, save money and engage staff.
The workshop is aimed at helping you fulfil the role of an environmental champion within your business. The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Monitoring & measurement
- Bill analysis
- Key opportunities (Waste, Water, Energy, Procurement)
- Staff awareness
- Action plan development
In addition, up to 2 days, free, onsite support is available to help you implement your action plan on site.
This workshop is suitable for smaller businesses (under 50 employees) currently starting their environmental journey.
